Age Restriction

GT Cigars does not sell products to anyone under the age of 21. An adult signature (21+) is required upon delivery.

State Restrictions

Due to state regulations, we cannot ship premium cigars to the following locations:

  • Utah – All tobacco shipments prohibited.
  • Hawaii – All tobacco shipments prohibited.
  • Massachusetts – No flavored tobacco products permitted.
  • Maine, Maryland, Vermont, Washington – Restrictions apply to homogenized/HTL cigars, small cigars, or flavored products (we only sell premium long-filler cigars, so most restrictions do not apply).

If your state imposes additional restrictions, we comply with all laws in place.

Sales & Excise Taxes

We collect and remit sales tax and excise taxes where required by law. Certain states (e.g., Colorado, Michigan, North Carolina, Maryland, Virginia, etc.) impose excise taxes on cigars. These taxes will be added at checkout when applicable.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship via UPS and USPS, depending on your location. Delivery addresses must be able to accept shipments from either carrier.

  • Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days.
  • Expedited Options: 2-Day, Next-Day, and Priority Mail are available at checkout for an additional cost.
  • Alaska & Hawaii: Expedited rates apply.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Orders placed before 3 PM EST (Monday–Friday) usually ship the same day.

P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, US Territories

Orders shipping to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, or US Territories will ship via USPS and may require additional delivery time.

Backordered Items

Because premium cigars are hand-made and subject to availability, some items may go temporarily out of stock. Backordered items will ship as soon as they return to stock. Your credit card will not be charged until the item ships.

Damaged Shipments

We take every precaution to ensure your cigars arrive in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, please contact Customer Service immediately at 813-205-9928 so we can resolve the issue.
