Return Policy
At GT Cigars, we are committed to providing only the finest premium cigars, delivered in perfect condition and with the highest level of service. Each order is carefully inspected before shipment, but if you are not fully satisfied, our team will work with you to make it right.
Please review our return guidelines below. For assistance, contact Customer Service at 813-205-9928 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Returns without an RMA cannot be processed.
General Policy
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt of your order.
- All returns must be shipped back with original packaging.
- Please allow 3–10 business days after we receive your return for inspection and processing.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Premium Cigars
- Boxes or Bundles (20 cigars or more): You may try 1 cigar. The remaining cigars must be returned intact for full merchandise credit (less shipping). If more than 1 cigar has been smoked or cut, a pro-rata credit will be applied, less shipping.
- Samplers and 5-Packs: Must be unopened and in original condition (including intact cellophane wrappers) to qualify for full credit.
- Single Cigars: All sales are final unless the cigar arrives damaged.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive cigars that are damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately so we can replace or credit your purchase. Photo documentation may be required.
Holiday Returns
Orders shipped between November 1st and December 31st may be returned until January 31st of the following year.
Promotional Items
If your purchase included a free or promotional item, it must be returned with the qualifying order. If not returned, the retail value of the promotional item will be deducted from your refund or credit.
